Artekatz is a breeder of hypo-allergenic Traditional and Neva Masquerade Siberian cats. The first breeding pair of Siberians came from the cattery Sventlanasibr in Canada at the end of 2011. The cats are raised in a loving and caring environment, and are given plenty of attention and exercise. They are also well-socialized and get along well with other cats and dogs.
