Biographical Info

Dr Elisabeth Broussard received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Louisiana State University in 2001 and has since worked mostly with small animals and exotics, taking a particular fancy to cats. In 2006, she embarked on a new journey into discovering a bit more about Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM)  and eventually became certified in Acupuncture. Chinese Herbal Medicine, Tui-na (therapeutic massage and manipulations), and Chinese Food Therapy. This is the full spectrum of modalities that TCVM has to offer. She moved to Cape Town with my family in 2014 and is currently the Veterinary Surgeon at CitiVet in Vredehoek, Cape Town.
